Founded in 2012 on the beaches of Miami, Agapé Airbrush Makeup and Hair (Agapé) currently provides the highest standard of excellence in makeup, hair, and skincare for the DMV. Amanda Frank, the owner, is a licensed esthetician in four states and licensed in hair. For over 10 years, she has been professionally providing makeup and skincare. Amanda has a vast experience in the skincare industry which allows her to utilize that experience for each client. Prior to founding Agape, Amanda was the lead esthetician and makeup artist for a medical/day spa in Augusta, GA (her hometown). She also provided luxurious treatments on celebrities and high profile clientele as an esthetician and trainer at Lapis, Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel. Prior to that, she launched and managed all operations for a salon and spa in Denver, Colorado. Amanda is Temptu Professional certified for airbrush makeup. Amanda personally trains each one of the Agapé team members and only hires experienced and licensed makeup and hair artists. Amanda completed over 1,000 hours of education and continued education in Esthetics, skincare, and hair styling. Amanda trains the Agapé team to look at the structure of each face and the color tone of each client's skin to customize a gorgeous end result by accentuating the client's natural beauty. Her passion for excellence in makeup and hair makes her have a great attention to detail and passion for each client.

Amanda prides herself in preparation and making sure each bride receives the exact makeup and hair style they desire. As a skincare professional with years of experience, Amanda is always willing to consult and help with any skin concerns her brides may have, along with skincare products recommendations and usage instructions. Betsy is our lead hair artist and has been with Agape for 7 years. She can create the perfect hair style for your hair texture, length and personality. Her work can be found in BHLD, The Knot, and Virginia Bride just to name a few.
Betsy loves to get to know and listen to each client. Her calm personality will leave you feeling loved, warm and excited to be alive!
When Betsy isn’t styling hair you can find her hosting friends and family at her home with her husband of 35 years. Visiting any of her 4 children or walking her sweet dog.
Grace is our lead makeup artist. Her passion for beauty started as a young girl. She fell in love with skin care and the science behind the ingredients. This led her to a career path of esthetics. Her love of glowing skin shows through when doing airbrush makeup on clients! Over the years as a licensed esthetician, Grace has ventured into all aspects of beauty. She has trained in micro-blading, lasers and has perfected her technique of eye lashes extensions. Grace has created a high demand for her flawless eyelash application.
Outside of the beauty world you can find Grace traveling to a new exotic destination. or being twirled around at line dancing. Grace loves to laugh and enjoys deep conversations about life and dream goals.
